KA2000 is a high-performance automatic programming machine with double nozzles launched by Kincoto. It can carry up to 4 powerful Kincoto universal programmers. The system can be expanded to 8-32 programming stations at most, providing customers with efficient and cost-effective production capacity utilization.

1. Kincoto's IPS automatic machine structure, which is widely trusted by customers, ensures the stability and reliability of the machine throughout its life cycle.

2. The latest designed dual nozzle chip pick-and-place system achieves high speed and high efficiency (UPH2000) while taking into account pick-and-place accuracy and ultra-quietness.

3. The high-performance servo drive system is combined with the high-precision ball screw transmission system to achieve a perfect combination of ultra-high precision and ultra-high output efficiency.

4. The system supports programming of various extremely small packages. Connecting to the MES manufacturing execution system makes the entire production process controllable and traceable.
